Improv 1: Let’s Play!

Six Week Course | Adults Only (18+)
In Leela’s signature Level 1 improv class, you’ll experience the transformative nature of group play. Lessons draw from Viola Spolin’s theater games, mindfulness, dance/movement, sound/music, and child’s play.

Over 6 weeks you’ll learn techniques to:

  • Tap into spontaneity and creativity
  • Trust and act on impulse
  • Increase comfort with the unknown
  • Develop flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate and collaborate freely with others

✨ Shy people welcome. You may repeat this class as often as you like for your weekly dose of play.

⚡Important Details

  • Prerequisite: None (open to everyone)
  • Schedule: 6 sessions (once per week for 6 weeks)
  • Class Length: 2.5 hours per session (15 hours total)
  • Class Size: Limited to 14 students for personalized attention

  • Regular Tuition: $297
  • Early Bird Tuition: $267 — Save $30 (10%) when you register at least 7 days before the course begins
