Just one block from Glenwood Avenue, guests enjoy easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars — perfect for team lunches, happy hours, and post-event gatherings.

The venue features two ADA-accessible restrooms, a private three-car parking lot with one ADA-accessible space and rear entrance, plus ample street parking and nearby private lots for larger groups.

Leela’s Creative Space includes a 1,200 sq ft Main Stage and an adjoining 400 sq ft Studio — two warm, inviting rooms designed for presentations, offsites, trainings, and creative retreats.

A large, daylight-filled loft perfect for presentations, all-hands meetings, workshops, and offsites.

  • 1,200 sq ft primary meeting space
  • Default location for the 85″ rolling display
  • Ideal for groups up to 50
  • Full access to PA system, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, whiteboards

Daytime Rates:

  • Half-Day (up to 5 hours): $1,250
  • Full-Day (up to 10 hours, ending by 6 PM): $1,700

Entire Venue Buyout (Main Stage + Studio)

Best for company offsites, retreats, trainings with breakout groups, and full-day creative sessions.
