Workshops are available in multiple formats:

- 3 hour deep dives for intact teams and cohorts
- Half day and full day offsites for executive teams and departments
- Multi facilitator options for large groups and company wide events
Investment is customized based on duration, group size, number of facilitators, and location. Most organizations engage Leela for leadership team workshops, communication intensives, or immersive offsite experiences designed to create meaningful and lasting shifts in how teams work together.
